Chef Meera Rao grew up between Mangalore and Delhi, and her cooking moves between both. Spices are toasted and ground by hand each morning, breads come straight from the tandoor, and the dining room seats just forty guests so every plate leaves the pass exactly as it should.

“The most exciting Indian cooking in the city. The lamb shank alone is worth the trip.”
